Som3 Recruitment are very pleased to welcome Becca Phillips to our southern base as our brand new ServiceNow Delivery Manager. We have such a demand for ServiceNow professionals that our Sales Director, Chris Finch, needed to expand the team – and we were lucky to find Becca through an internal recommendation.

Becca worked with two of our southern gang earlier on in her recruitment career and even though she knows exactly what Rob and Tom are like to work with – she agreed to join us!

Becca has a solid 6 years recruitment experience across a variety of sectors and technologies and has won numerous recruitment awards in her previous companies. She has a great passion for finding the hard to find, and providing excellent service to clients. She will work with some of our most important customers and help Chris expand our ever growing ServiceNow business

Most important however, she also has a Degree in History so will be a welcome addition to our quiz team
