Today is our 3rd birthday over here at som3, and boy what a ride the last 3 years have been… We’ve moved offices, more than doubled in staff, been through a pandemic, climbed Snowden, ran marathons, gained numerous dogs, and finished on our best month ever!
Despite the Covid induced curveball appearing during spring of 2020 we are tracking a year ahead of our initial 5-year plan as we step into Year 4 in Feb. Things are going very well indeed and we are proud of our start-up over here.
We’ve created 11 jobs internally and need 5 more people, placed hundreds of people in our clients jobs and contracts and had a blast along the way.
Thank you to all our loyal & valued Customers for the business that has made all this happen so far, and to all the great Candidates and Contractors that we’ve placed.
Here’s to Year 4 and another double-digit growth year.
