som3 are delighted to announce the appointment of our new Sales Director Chris Finch in a bit of a last minute coup after attracting him from another competitor that he was due to start with!

Recruiting in the Technology space since 2008, Chris has a vast amount of experience specialising in the ERP sector (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle etc) where he ran the successful Global ERP recruitment practice for InterQuest Group. Chris runs our Aylesbury sales & delivery hub and wider Group sales leadership. Positioning som3 as a leading player in the ESM staffing sector will be his main focus in 2019. A Tottenham Hotspur avid fan, but apart from that he’s ok.

Chris will be building out his team during 2019 and is keen to hear from any quality people out there that are either already in a recruitment career, or those aspiring to be in one.
