An Internationally experienced Board level, NED, Interim CEO, COO, MD and CTO/CIO with a history of delivering significant returns to Shareholders through Growth, Transformational change, M&A Integration, Rationalisation & Turnaround. An Experienced start-up & business launch leader of teams across the Technology, Media and Telco sector as well as leader of multiple turnarounds & transformation assignments including leading Operational units for Companies such as PRS for Music, KPMG McLaren (F1 Automotive), Cable & Wireless Worldwide, Telefonica O2 & Orange. Following roles in the original start-up team for Orange UK, Nigel led the International launch teams responsible for building the ‘disruptive’ Customer centric brand & businesses overseas. Later, taking up a series of Group Director posts in Orange/FT Group where Nigel acquired, merged and bought businesses for the group globally as part of the M&A Team.

More recently, Nigel has being involved in growth focused businesses at Angel, Venture Capital and Private Equity level in a variety of roles both Executive & Non Executive level covering change & business growth driven assignments in the UK, Internationally, incl. Africa and elsewhere. Nigel has also advised businesses at Board level as diverse as a digital tech, recruitment businesses, a green technology recycling company and a Canadian backed technology solutions provider to the public sector.
