Well we’re covering all the bases at som3, we’ve got a rabidly motivated team of experienced recruiters spread over our two offices, with our IT support company on-site at Aylesbury to ensure we don’t break the internet and our Marketing gurus on-site at HQ in Knutsford to make sure we look the part! So as we surge forward hell-bent on world domination it’s important that we bring on our new crop of hungry recruiters to grow the business. Enter Kiera Frere and Tom Phipps..

Tom has actually been working in IT recruitment for a couple of years and is making the jump up to Consultant at Aylesbury, whereas Dawn Ward’s loss (from The Real Housewives of Cheshire) is our gain as Kiera joins us in Knutsford as a Trainee having been Dawn’s PA. We’re not sure yet who’s more demanding!

Both have hit the ground running with Tom adding multiple new clients and roles to the database before his actual start date and Kiera has already started talking techy, if you need a full stack JavaScript Developer with Node.js, MongoDB Aggregation Framework, Angular.js and the rest of the gobbledygook, she’s your girl and already has lists of active candidates. With support from the team and training from our Global Skills & Development Director, Martin Barrow we know they’ll be stars, so we’re really looking forward to watching their stories unfold as they make their mark in the ever changing and challenging world of technology recruitment.
